C&C Vegetables Farm

For a healthy and beautiful life, chemical-free healthy food is definitely necessary. Therefore, Crops and Cattles aim to produce green vegetables using organic methods without any compromise for the healthy life of your family.

Why does the human body need organic vegetables?

The human body needs organic vegetables for several reasons, primarily because they provide essential nutrients that support overall health and well-being. Here are some key reasons why organic vegetables are beneficial:

Nutrient-Rich: Organic vegetables are often richer in certain nutrients compared to conventionally grown ones. Studies have shown that they can have higher levels of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, which are crucial for maintaining good health.

Fewer Pesticides and Chemicals: Organic vegetables are grown without the use of synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers. This reduces the risk of ingesting harmful chemicals that can have adverse effects on health, such as disrupting hormonal balance or increasing the risk of certain cancers.

Better for the Environment: Organic farming practices are generally more sustainable and environmentally friendly. They promote soil health, reduce pollution, and conserve water. By consuming organic vegetables, you are supporting farming methods that are better for the planet.

No Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs): Organic vegetables are non-GMO, meaning they are not genetically engineered. Some people prefer to avoid GMOs due to concerns about their long-term health effects and environmental impact.

Improved Taste: Many people find that organic vegetables have a better taste and texture compared to conventionally grown ones. This can make healthy eating more enjoyable and encourage higher consumption of vegetables.

Reduced Antibiotic Resistance: Organic farming typically avoids the use of antibiotics, which are commonly used in conventional agriculture to promote growth and prevent disease in livestock. Overuse of antibiotics can contribute to antibiotic resistance, a significant public health issue.

Lower Risk of Foodborne Illnesses: Organic farming practices often include stricter hygiene and safety standards, which can reduce the risk of foodborne illnesses.

Incorporating a variety of organic vegetables into your diet can help ensure that you receive a wide range of nutrients necessary for maintaining energy levels, supporting immune function, and reducing the risk of chronic diseases.

Organic Fertilizer

We first fertilize our fields with organic manure, a natural soil amendment derived from animal or mineral sources. It provides essential nutrients, improves soil structure, and increases soil fertility by increasing beneficial microbial activity. Unlike synthetic fertilizers, organic fertilizers release nutrients slowly, reducing the risk of nutrient leaching and environmental pollution.

The Land is Ready.

Land that is ready for organic cultivation must meet specific conditions to ensure it is free from synthetic chemicals and supports healthy plant growth. The land should not have been treated with synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides for at least 3 years (as per organic certification standards like USDA, EU, or India’s NPOP). Improve soil fertility using organic compost, green manure, and biofertilizers (e.g., cow dung, vermicompost, neem cake).
